Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:
- Execution of purchase processes (order placement / Support Purchase Requisitions etc)
- Handle buy - sell tasks
- Cross checks demand vs. inventory
- Trigger manual shipping of material
- Tracking on time delivery of goods
- Issue invoice notifications
- Tracking of payments
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/engineering or
- Industriekauffrau/- mann
- Kauffrau/-mann für Sedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- 2-3 years of experience in operational buying/procurement in a production or trading company
- Familiar with ERP Software solutions e.g.SAP/Oracle/Navision
- Softskill - must have:
- Systematical working style
- Team-player, experienced in working in cross functional international teams
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Persistent
- Self-motivated
- Self-organized
- Want:
- Professional experience in logistics in the high-tech/automotive/mechanical engineering industry
- Good written and oral communication skills in German
