Product Manager CRM Diabetes Care / Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Collaborate closely and act as a primary liaison between Marketing teams, BRM IT, Business Operation and external technology partners Actively develop & support to implement CRM strategies & tactics (programs) Ensure monitoring, reporting (KPI) and ROI analysis of CRM programs and customer insights close teamwork with Analytic Manager to feed back into EMEA CRM & marketing strategies. Effectively identify and mitigate under-performing programs and services. Facilitate efficient management of program lifecycle closures, including ramp-down Identify and prioritize unmet user needs and translate them into product requirements. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in infrastructure Responsible for data qualification and data cleansing routines Lead and optimize omnichannel enhancements including launches, prioritization and execution Manage existing product backlog and prioritize future needs and enhancements Act as a primary liaison between Global and Regional Commercial teams, IT and external technology partners
BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science and Software Engineering or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree in a related field preferred Proven digital technology experiences and skillsets Ability to drive entire project lifecycle from concept to design, implementation, testing, piloting, roll-out and maintenance Solid understanding of the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Knowledge of the standard capabilities of a CRM system incl. marketing automation tools Outstanding skills in project management; strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; detail- and goal-oriented Experience with digital mobile strategies Experience in a business facing and/or project manager role where creative thinking, persuasive communication and continued reinforcement of key concepts was critical to success Previous experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing stakeholders to get buy in and support for key initiatives Ability to work self-organized, but also passionate about working in a team A willingness to travel and work in an international team Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Exposure to project delivery methodologies in an agile environment such as Scrum Excellent knowledge of tools Jira, Confluence, Kibana, Google Analytics Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio Experience with Selligent and Salesforce considered an advantage Experience with CMS system like AEM considered an advantage Experience with managing CRM system migration considered an advantage
