Supply Chain Analyst (f­­/­­m­­/­­d)

Initiate and monitor material flow within the manufacturing network; report and keep track of consumption and manufacturing performance Ensure accurate inventory level in ERP including proper material consumption as an input to performance management reporting and planning processes Analyse and reconcile stock discrepancies between CMOs' physical inventory levels and CureVac's in-system inventory levels in monetary terms Investigate discrepancies between CMO monthly inventory report and the inventory levels in the system: resolve discrepancies by requesting missing information and closely collaborating with finance to solve issues Support SOX compliance requirements regarding inventory management and work with Logistics in definition, implementation and management of inventory counting procedures Update the ERP system with manufacturing and distribution details and quality status according to batch release outcome Process customer orders in SAP (quotation, sales order, outbound delivery and sales invoice) Communicate with customer on price, quantity and estimated time of arrival Follow-up on the material availability with inventory management team Instruct outgoing shipments to logistics and follow-up Provide input to finance concerning sales invoices Root cause analysis when issues arise Support inventory management and planning teams on inventory/order-related analysis
