Technical Inside Sales Consultant - Life Sciences / Technischer Kundenberater im Innendienst (m/w/d)
The Technical Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and managing a specific sales territory within the DACH region. You will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy that will allow you to meet and exceed sales, gross profit and unit goals, whilst also providing service and technical support to customers on a regular and ongoing basis. Active and competent support of a regular customer base Acquisition of new customers and expansion of the market share in your own area Advice and preparation of quotations for our chromatography products and services Supporting our customers with application questions and issues related to chromatography Active support of product launches Planning and implementation of training seminars, as well as participation in trade fairs and symposia Analysis & reports on sales and market developments in your own sales territory. Consistently maintaining a positive attitude, being a team player, striving to learn and contributing to company culture.
Degree in Life Science area (Bachelor, Master or PhD), ideally in the field of chemistry, biochemistry, biology. Also CTA/PTA with laboratory experience in GC/HPLC, experienced sales specialists from the pharmaceutical sector or others with comparable qualifications are welcome to apply. Chromatography knowledge is an advantage Very good communication and presentation skills Motivation and desire to be successful with a «can do» approach Professional experience in sales/customer service desirable, but not a must Analytical and structured way of working Confident oral and written expression in German and good English language skills Good knowledge of MS Office programmes (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Valid driver's license is required.
