Trainee* Process Engineering / International Graduate Program
Your Contribution
- Planning and controlling of projects in order to develop and modify products and processes
- Close collaboration with all adjoining departments
- Support measures to increase efficiency and productivity
- Planning, documentation und operation of trials in order to transfer the results into specifications
- Support production manager in analyzing defect samples and derive problem solving solutions
- Application of LEAN methods to achieve stated objectives and to avoid needless costs
Your Qualifications
- University degree with above results in industrial engineering
- Internship in the area of process engineering or production
- Process-and result oriented thinking personality and excellent presentation, communication and network skills
- International experience during education
- First experience in project management desirable
- Fluent German and good English skills - both spoken and written
