Internship Austrian Inflight Shopping (all genders)
Aufgaben:
- You will support the team responsible for the retail sales channel Inflight Shopping.
- You help design the product range
- You assist with magazine design (texts and advertisements)
- You are responsible for the data in the merchandise management system
- You support crew communication and create articles for general internal communication
- You support with product range presentations for cabin crew members
- You collaborate with our logistics partner Do&Co (operational procurement)
- You contact suppliers
- You support customer service (customer enquiries and complaints management)
- You prepare, analyse and respond to crew reports
Qualifikationen:
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate must be enclosed with the application)
- You ideally have initial practical experience from an internship
- You have an open and communicative personality
- You are characterized by initiative, independent work and a quick grasp of things
- You have good MS Office skills
- You have very good German and English skills
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
