Internship Communication & Change Management in Digital Technical Fleet Management (TFM)
Aufgaben:
- You are part of the mouthpiece of the digital transformation of Lufthansa Tech Ops. You manage the content of our internal social media channels, share the background of our digitalization initiatives, create appealing videos and other media tailored to the stakeholder groups.
- Your tasks:
- You will report on digitalization projects within our TFM division and share inspiring content via our internal communication channels to reach different target groups.
- You will produce videos, photos and articles for internal news and internal/external social media to present important projects, team successes and digitalization success stories.
- You will support in maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, effective communication about ongoing initiatives.
- You will support the organization of workshops and the creation of materials and documentation of work content
- You will research new technologies and prepare content for the various stakeholder groups accordingly
Qualifikationen:

- Our internship starts on May 01, 2025 or by arrangement and lasts 6 months.
- We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy person who enjoys working with diverse teams. You are enrolled at a university (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed)
- In communication sciences, media, business administration, IT or a related field.
- You have experience or a strong interest in digital communication and social media (internal, e.g. MS Viva Engage, or external, e.g. LinkedIn).
- You are confident in using video production tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or similar programs)
- You have a passion for storytelling and can develop compelling narratives around digitalization
- You communicate confidently in German and English (at least B2) and can convey complex topics clearly and engagingly.
- You are proactive, well-organized and can work independently
- You are interested in digital transformation and change management and have a basic understanding of change management methods.
- You are an empathetic team player and value collaboration.
