Aufgaben:
- Would you like to gain insight into the world of Compensation & Benefits and actively participate in exciting projects? In our Center of Expertise, you will support the team with analyses, processes and the creation of training and communication materials.
- Your main tasks will include:
- You support the Compensation & Benefits team in analyzing salary and benchmark data
- You create and maintain reports, dashboards and presentations on compensation topics
- You help with the preparation and implementation of salary and bonus processes
- You research market trends and new developments in the field of Compensation & Benefits
- You contribute to the creation of training and communication materials
- You support administrative tasks and process optimization in the Center of Expertise (CoE)
Qualifikationen:
- HR
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be attached to the application)
- You have excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- You have analytical skills and an affinity for numbers and data
- You have an interest in Compensation & Benefits and HR topics
- Having already completed an internship in HR, finance or controlling is an advantage
- You work in a structured, accurate and independent manner
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria or the European Union
