Aufgaben:
- The Flight Ops Support & Innovation department at Austrian Airlines offers exciting insights into the aviation industry and combines administrative tasks, development projects and communication strategies for our pilots. As an intern, you will be involved in all three areas and gain a comprehensive insight into an international company.
- Flight Operations is responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of pilots. You will get a taste of cross-fleet topics and drive projects forward independently!
- You provide administrative support in day-to-day operations
- You independently prepare and implement projects within flight operations (and also across departments)
- You will be involved in the planning and implementation of information events and meetings for pilots and employees
- You support the creation of presentations and other communication materials for internal communication with pilots
- You help to create and maintain internal and cross-fleet processes
- You design and organize (cockpit) talent platforms and activities
Qualifikationen:
- We are looking for idea drivers and change managers with heart and mind - we look forward to hearing from you!
- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
- You are interested in the aviation industry and enjoy familiarizing yourself with various topics
- You have analytical and conceptual thinking skills and strategic understanding
- You have an open personality and enjoy communicating with different professional groups within Austrian Airlines
- You have a high level of problem-solving skills
- You are familiar with MS Office applications and have advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
