Internship HR Marketing - Focus Career Events
Über uns:
As an employer branding team, we inspire a wide variety of target groups for Lufthansa Technik as an employer. In doing so, we focus on attracting and retaining (new) colleagues:
Aufgaben:
- You organize various career events: from exciting in-house formats to online events and career fairs, you are jointly responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up
- Working closely with our target groups, you will be involved in onboarding days, target group workshops and strategic projects, such as the university marketing concept
- Always at the cutting edge, you will explore current employer branding trends and contribute your own creative ideas to the development of new and existing initiatives
Qualifikationen:
- To complete an internship at our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
- Your study background is in the fields of economics, communication & PR, marketing, (business) psychology, human resources or similar.
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or are currently in the Gap Year (between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program)
- You have preferably already gained some practical experience in the field of marketing/communications & PR
- You have a talent for organizing and enjoy planning and organizing events
- You are characterized by a structured way of working, reliability and a high degree of initiative
- You show a high level of interest and empathy for different target groups
