Internship Human Resources (all genders)
Aufgaben:
- We offer students the opportunity to complete a varied internship in the HR department of Austrian Airlines with a focus on labor and social law.
- You support us with legal research for exciting individual and collective law as well as social law issues
- You review labor law documents such as sample contracts or works agreements and prepare them independently
- You monitor legislative changes in labor and social law and evaluate their implementation in our company
- You will assist with the creation of reports and presentations on HR topics
- You support us with other day-to-day business in our department and with projects
Qualifikationen:
- HR
- For this internship position, we are looking for committed and motivated students who are interested in personnel policy as well as labor and social law issues in an international environment.
- You are enrolled in law, business administration or a comparable degree program for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be included with the application)
- You are interested in HR and ideally have knowledge of employment law
- You have a solution-oriented and business-oriented way of thinking and working
- You work in a structured, proactive manner and have an eye for detail
- You are a team player and communicative
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
