Internship Key Account Management Team APAC
Aufgaben:
- As part of our Key Account Management team, you'll gain hands-on experience, support our top customers in the Asia Pacific region, and build skills that will elevate your future.
- The Internship Key Account Management Team APAC is responsible for:
- Manage reports
- Handle various reports, from routine updates to on-demand requests, using Lufthansa Cargo's in-house tools. Apply a critical eye to improve report designs and optimize process flows for maximum efficiency
- Support Sales Channels
- Assist in data mining, trend analysis, and identifying key insights to enhance our electronic sales channels
- Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Take on exciting projects aligned with the needs of the Key Account team, gaining exposure to all facets of customer support and contract management
- * Participate in other duties as assigned
Qualifikationen:
- To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- A passion for the logistics and airline industries
- Resourceful, responsible, and able to work independently
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. (VBA skills a plus!)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
