Aufgaben:
- We offer students (all genders) the opportunity to complete a varied internship in the HR department of Austrian Airlines with a focus on Labor Law & Relations.
- You are part of the team and actively contribute to the day-to-day business and ongoing projects in our department
- You contribute to the creation of presentations and reports on labor law and strategic HR topics
- You contribute to the optimization of interfaces and processes between Labor Law & Relations and other HR departments
- You support the further development and documentation of labor law processes and internal standards
- You research exciting labor law issues and support us in developing suitable solutions
Qualifikationen:
- HR
- We are looking for students (all genders) who enjoy personnel policy and strategic employment law issues. Ideally, you are a proactive, communicative person who enriches our team interpersonally, with lots of ideas and great commitment.
- You are enrolled in law, business administration or a comparable degree program for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be included with the application)
- You are interested in HR and ideally have knowledge of employment law or process or project management
- You have a solution-oriented and business-oriented way of thinking and working
- You work in a structured, proactive manner and have an eye for detail
- You are a team player and communicative
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
