Aufgaben:
- During the internship, you will learn more about how processes and procedures in the Passenger Services division are continuously developed.
- Accompanying process & procedure adjustments
- Cooperation with various interfaces (internal & external)
- Communication, workshops, project participation
- Customer & supplier contact
- Designing activities for employees
Qualifikationen:
- To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and language skills: German & English
