Internship People Attraction, Recruitment & Development
Aufgaben:
- You will gain a comprehensive insight into recruiting, collaboration and sourcing strategies within the People department, with a focus on the following areas:
- You will get to know the tasks of the sourcing team and support us in the organization and preparation of events
- You will support the creation of presentations and the management of our candidate pool
- You will get to know our cooperation partners and sourcing channels
- You will research new sourcing trends and support the team in developing concepts
Qualifikationen:
- HR
- You don't have to have a specific focus. You convince us with your high level of commitment, creativity, empathy and your interest in strategies and concepts.
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- At least fluent in German and English
- Knowledge in the HR/people area is an advantage
