Internship Procurement Strategy & Performance Management
Aufgaben:
- The tasks of the GE/X purchasing department include the strategic development and performance management of Group-wide purchasing. This includes the development and implementation of procurement strategies and the management of purchasing clusters based on defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support in the design and implementation of training and further education measures for purchasing
- Support in the further development of onboarding and knowledge transfer measures for

- Supporting internal procurement communication campaigns, events and the communication of procurement-related topics within the Lufthansa Group
- Support in the further development of the sustainability purchasing strategy and its implementation in the purchasing organization
- Supporting the development of negotiation excellence and the strategic orientation of purchasing
Qualifikationen:
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or are completing a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies
- Good analytical skills and a talent for strategic thinking are among your strengths
- You are good with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, and ideally have already gained experience in creating presentations
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and concepts
- You are a team player with very good communication and social skills
- You have very good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
