Internship Recruiting
Aufgaben:
- You will actively support our team in all relevant areas of recruiting, HR marketing and employer branding:
- Supporting the recruiting managers in their activities along the entire recruiting process chain (creation and publication of job advertisements, communication with applicants, interview coordination, processing of recruitment orders)
- Developing offline and online marketing and employer branding measures to increase the visibility of job advertisements and the LHA employer brand
- Preparing and supporting the organization of applicant days
- Ensuring the Day 1 readiness of applicants by checking documents and authorizations
- Supporting data analysis and interpretation of defined recruiting KPIs

- To do an internship with us, you must be at least in the third semester of your Bachelor's degree. You should also meet the following requirements:
- You should be enrolled for the entire duration of your studies (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or be in the Gap Year (between Bachelor's and Master's degree)
- Preferably you are studying in the fields of business administration, economics or social sciences; however, your interest in the topics listed above is more important!
- You have analytical skills and knowledge in dealing with data and know how to interpret it
- You are familiar with the common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You are team-oriented, have good communication skills, enjoy HR topics and thrive on working with other people!
