Working Student (f/m/d) - Commercial Governance
Aufgaben:
- As a working student in our team you will conduct research on legal and business-related topics.
- Moreover, you will analyze contracts and legal documents to extract relevant information and summarize findings.
- You will support preparing content for Commercial Enablement Sessions for Marketplace Sellers.
- You will support updating internal and external Seller Guide.
- Furthermore, you will maintain and structure Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
- You will participate in meetings, take detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and distribute key takeaways.
Qualifikationen:
- You are currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Management, Finance or a related field.
- You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You have structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach to work.
- You have an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
- Interest in legal and commercial topics and marketplaces is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken) are required
