Working Student (f/m/d) People Development and Trainings
Aufgaben:
- You assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance
- You support in the creation of training materials, presentations, and documentation
- You conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in employee development and training.
- You coordinate and moderate team meetings, ensuring productive discussions and effective follow-ups
- You help us develop and maintain ConceptBoards to visualize training concepts and track project progress
- You collaborate with team members to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
- You prepare reports and presentations based on different topics
- You track the status of tasks and ensure alignment with project timelines, providing updates to the team as necessary
- You ensure the quality and consistency of training content with a keen attention to detail
Qualifikationen:
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Experience & Skills:
- Strong interest in employee development, training topics, and continuous learning.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting tools
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively moderate team discussions
- Experience in tracking and managing task status to align with project objectives
- Ways of working: You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Languages: You have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German
