Über uns:
We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) as part of the Risk Management team of PIMCO Prime Real Estate in Munich.
PIMCO Prime Real Estate is one of world's largest real estate investors and asset managers. Our Risk Management team is responsible for risk management activities across all regions (Europe, APAC, US), all clients (Allianz and third party) and all products (equity and debt).

A leading global real estate investor and manager, PIMCO Prime Real Estate is a PIMCO company and part of the PIMCO real estate platform, focusing on the Core and Core+ segments of the market and managing the Allianz Group's $85B real estate mandate.
We manage a global investment portfolio c. $90B AUM, with an international team of c. 450 employees working in 16 offices in Belgium, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the U.S.
Aufgaben:
- Support enterprise risk management activities, e.g., risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) reviews, control testing, reporting, etc.
- Support portfolio risk management tasks (e.g., deep dives, rating stress tests, etc.)
- Involvement in risk management initiatives, such as research, screening of external market events, etc
Qualifikationen:
- Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent
- Strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of AI and data analysis techniques
- Motivated to learn key concepts of real estate
- Collaborative team player
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
