Working Student (w/m/d) Global Executive Pipeline
Aufgaben:
- Together with our consultants, you will support global leadership teams in developing talents and filling key positions with the perfect match
- By identifying, processing, and analyzing strategically relevant data, you will create transparency and leverage innovation to sustainably strengthen talent management at Siemens, e.g., through the targeted use of artificial intelligence
- You will structure and visualize data and content to present it clearly and understandably (e.g., in PowerPoint or Excel)
- You will support the entire internal recruitment process for global leadership positions
- You will always stay on top of relevant trends and developments to position Siemens as an employer of the future
- You will contribute your solution-oriented mindset, become a driving force, and take independent responsibility for topics
Qualifikationen:
- You are enrolled at a German university studying business administration, data science / analysis, economics, psychology, communication, or a comparable course of study - ideally with a focus on People & Organisation
- You enjoy interacting confidently and openly with top management stakeholders across all hierarchical levels
- You have knowledge of data analysis, processing and the use of artificial intelligence in handling complex data sets
- You have excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Pragmatism, resilience, and flexibility to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment is you key
- Openness, team spirit, and enjoyment of cross-organizational networking and Enthusiasm for Siemens and our business transformation
- Interest in strategic People & Organisation issues as well as strong analytical mindset and skills and knowledge of project management inspire you
