The Digital Transformation Program Office is responsible for driving digital transformation initatives within theorganization.

Aufgaben:
- The team plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various projects aimed at modernizingprocesses, implementing new technologies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Keyresponsibilities include pfoject planning, coordination, and documentation, as well as creating an updatinpresentations, reports, and project documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Assist in project management activities, including project planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Create and update presentations, reports, and project documentation using Microsoft 365 (i.e Powerpoint, Excel).
- Support communication efforts by drafting and editing communications in German and English.
- Collaborate with team members to support varios digital transformation projects and initiatives.
Qualifikationen:
- Enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong interest in digital transformation and project management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
