- Objectives: The Enterprise Information Management product team provides our Internal Business Partners a standard platform for Enterprise Content Management.
- We are now focusing on extension our products and service to Asia through corresponding activities such as projects involvement.
- In this role, you will be Business Analysis role for OpenText Documentum solution in projects in China, and consultant role for increasing demands in Asia.
- Be full responsible for Documentum Service as sustainable, stable, reliable, and up-to date Document Management platform and create adding value.
- You need to coordinate with colleagues globally to work together for task completing and in future you might take support role globally as well for our products.
- Main Tasks: - Communicate to regional Business partners in business language to identify requirements and prepare them for further realization.
- - Drive sustainable solution to business specification and user stories.
- - Implement general requirements through configuration/small development.
- - Communicate to our service suppliers to handle complex requirement implementations.
- - Active participation in designing a global Documentum landscape under Product Owner leadership Support project post go-live activities (hyper care phase) and daily maintenance of service.
- - Involved in technical expertise sharing with team members.
- - Plays role as technical expert in Documentum D2 and Subject Matter Expert for Documentum based applications- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, or Computer Science or relates.- Technical skill in application development language, database SQL.
- E.g., Java (J2EE, JRE/JDK), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/XML, MySQL.
- - Experience in Documentum (e.g., content Server, D2 etc) development.
- - Nice to have Knowledge in IT infrastructure and Middleware.
- - Nice to have project management skill or PMP Certificate - Fluent English skills- Duration: 4-5 months or more
