In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for the HR governance in the BASF group. By developing focused HR policies, we execute our corporate strategy on employee-related topics. In addition, we design tools for the development and retention of Senior Executives, we support them in personnel matters and are responsible for strategic succession planning.

Aufgaben:
- Do you enjoy organizing events? Support the planning and follow-up of the People & Culture Days - including presentations and video editing.
- Do you love to dive into numbers and structure? Help us with data preparation for global Talent Management Reviews.
- Teambuddy - contact person for all questions and regular feedback
Qualifikationen:
- Advanced degree in psychology, social sciences, economics, humanities, or communication studies or a comparable study program
- A mandatory internship as part of your degree program
- Interest in current HR topics and community work
- Experience with social media (e.g., video editing, content creation)
- Excellent German and English skills
- Creativity, initiative, and organizational talent
- Practical phase - actively apply theory in challenging and varied tasks/projects
