Internship Corporate Culture LH Group
Aufgaben:
- As part of a dynamic and innovative team, you will have contact with many Group companies and be involved in exciting projects and events of the Cultural Journey.
- The following could soon be your tasks in the area of corporate culture:
- Development & implementation of new formats for the culture community
- Conception & planning of group-wide events and workshops
- Data analytics on all topics relating to corporate culture
- Actively supporting the team with agile project management processes
Qualifikationen:
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Experience in corporate culture, coaching or project management is an advantage
- Creativity and innovative spirit as well as curiosity with regard to Trends, tools and developments
- Enjoyment of diverse exchange in an international environment
- Initiative, hands-on mentality and independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office/Microsoft O365
