Internship Finance Transformation (Change / Communications / People)
Aufgaben:
- As part of the Finance Transformation team, you will contribute to the reputation, acceptance and visibility of the program to relevant stakeholders. In terms of change, communications and people topics, you will drive positive change within the finance community.
- Conceptual and operational support for change, communications and people initiatives
- Support in the preparation and implementation of meetings, workshops and presentations
- Management of important data and support with analyses
- Independent projects in the area of Change / Communications / People according to your skills, experience and interests
- Creative and innovative ideas for the further development of our approach are very welcome
- Enrolment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
Qualifikationen:
- Are you interested in change management, communication and personnel development/training and want to help shape the future of the Lufthansa Group's finance function? Are you open-minded, solution-oriented and creative and want to challenge the status quo of an international company? - Degree in communication and media studies, psychology, human resources management, economics or social sciences or similar
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Commitment, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
