Internship HR - Personnel Diagnostics
Aufgaben:
- Collaboration in the organization and implementation of aptitude diagnostic selection procedures
- Support with applicant management
- Preparation of presentations, evaluations and reports
- Collaboration in various projects (evaluation, process design, learning & development, etc.)
- Room for the implementation of your ideas
Qualifikationen:
- HR
- At least completion of the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Degree in psychology, preferably with a focus on work and organizational psychology
- Great interest in topics of personnel diagnostics
- High level of communication and cooperation skills
- Ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
- Reliability and commitment
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- First relevant practical experience (internship, part-time job, training) desirable
