Aufgaben:
  • Assist in user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points
  • Together with the team: plan and conduct user interviews
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers to better understand the products and processes
  • Analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data (supported by AI based software)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX Research
Qualifikationen:
  • Students (m/f/diverse) that study Business Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Product Design, Sociology and Anthropology or similar
  • Ideally having a specialization in/ affinity for UX Research
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles (ideally in product development).
  • Knowledge of research principles and mixed methods
  • Experience recording and interpreting customer interviews
  • Good understanding of qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Knowledge in interview design and questionnaire design
  • Competent handling of MS-Office and interest in technology (e.g. Figma, Mouseflow, SPSS, KNIME, DoveTail, ChatGPT)
  • Fluent English- and good German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new methodologies and tools
  • Ability to analyze and visualize complex information
  • Intercultural sensitivity.
