The "Original Equipment and Special Aircraft Services (OES)" segment serves a broad customer group of VIP and special mission customers with individual requirements ranging from one-off production to series production.
Aufgaben:
- Support in the continuous optimization of processes (CIP) and process modeling
- Participation in the implementation of process management standards and independent assumption of process management tasks
- Supporting the implementation of digitalization initiatives and participating in the planning and analysis of the digitalization portfolio
- Collaboration in the knowledge management initiative and the further development of the internal wiki
- Support with change management activities and communication
- Administrative support in the planning and implementation of workshops & meetings
Qualifikationen:
- To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
- Enrollment during the entire internship (current enrollment certificate and proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year).
- Team-oriented way of working, communication skills and good analytical and conceptual skills
- Pragmatic, goal-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality.
- Desirable: Knowledge of IT project management, digital transformation, data science or AI.
- Quick comprehension, objective judgment, initiative and high sense of responsibility.
- Degree in (industrial) engineering, computer science, economics or similar.
- Knowledge of process management, knowledge management and lean management an advantage.

Wir bieten:
