Internship Project, Process and Test Management in New Construction Project of Production Building
Über uns:
Our new innovative production building
We are building a state-of-the-art production building and transforming the production and logistics processes as well as the IT. In the current phase, the focus is on testing, commissioning and moving into the new building - an exciting time full of challenges and opportunities.
Aufgaben:
- With us, you are guaranteed not to be emptying paper buckets or making coffee, but will be fully involved in the daily business right from the start and will be given responsibility early on
- Project management: Supporting planning and implementation processes, organizing meetings and following up on tasks as well as working independently on smaller (sub-) projects
- Process management: analysis, optimization and documentation of production and logistics processes
- Test management: planning, implementation and documentation of test phases for new systems and processes.
- IT support: Supporting the implementation and integration of new IT solutions.
- Communication: Interface between different teams, coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifikationen:
- To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of application.
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Interest in project management, process optimization and IT
- Structured and independent way of working
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Visio is in your blood
- Initial practical experience in one of the areas mentioned (e.g. through previous internships or study projects) is an advantage
