Internship in Human Resources
Aufgaben:
- As an intern (m/f/diverse) Human Resources you will be responsible for the following topics, among others:
- Coordination and support of administrative processes in the team, e.g. appointment coordination, mail
- Administrative support for HR consultants in day-to-day operations
- Data maintenance in HR-specific tools and files
- Collaboration on working time issues
- Processing internal HR knowledge management
- Designing and revising the HR presence on the Lufthansa Systems intranet
- Support in current HR projects
Qualifikationen:
- HR
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
- Students of business administration, economics or similar
- Initial experience in human resources desirable, e.g. through an internship
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (O365, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and analytical thinking
- Independence, diligence and reliability
- Enjoy teamwork
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
