Marketing and Sales Support Intern
Aufgaben:
- Your tasks as Marketing and Sales Support Intern involve, among others:
- Management of the Lufthansa eXperts portal (Registration, Deregistration, Modification of users) with or without a plaque in Mexico and CENAM
- Translation of marketing material content
- Updating presentations
- Updating and creating flyers
- Sending and tracking invitations to events, courses, and training sessions
- Preparing necessary materials for events and Account Managers' visits
- Plaque registration process for new agencies
- Manual operations (manual operations registration process)
- Sending giveaways and materials to events throughout the country
- Control and administration of courier services
- Warehouse (control, arrangement, inventory)
- Consumables (general stationery, toner, paper, pens, etc.)
- Archiving agreements
- * Takeover of additional tasks when is required
Qualifikationen:
- Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and sales? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with a team to achieve goals?

- O be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar
- Fluency in English & Spanish language required
- Proactivity

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Time management
- Hybrid model after 2 weeks
