Working Student - Investment Planning and Controlling (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

Based in Munich, Stuttgart, Paris, New York City and Singapore, PIMCO Prime's Investment Planning and Controlling (IPC) team is part of the Finance department and in charge of managing property companies, real estate funds, JVs and intermediate holding vehicles. Core functions involve the monitoring and reporting of investment performance, the calculation of market values and the preparation of financial planning. Next to analysis, reporting, controlling and investment planning the team focuses on automation and digitalization of core processes. Assist in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing our DMS (Document Management System) and investment legal entity data repository and contact management tool. Prepare and validate data uploads for respective systems and tools. Definition of procedures to improve data migration, collection and quality. Support management and administration of our investment companies / special purpose vehicles Propose innovative ideas for improving automation and data management.
