Aufgaben:
- You'll create impact by supporting a multidisciplinary team of professionals within the Chief Technology Office who drive diverse topics across multiple businesses within Siemens Smart Infrastructure to create a stronger customer focus, drive faster innovations and achieve higher growth.
- You will assist in the creation of various management presentations and dashboards, aimed at facilitating strategic decision-making processes
- You will participate in data analysis projects, generating strategic insights and recommendations from your findings
- Moreover, you will contribute to conducting competitive analyses, aimed at assessing our market positioning and identifying potential strategic improvements
- Your role will be crucial in the planning, execution, and follow-up activities of workshops
Qualifikationen:
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a similar field
- You are able to analyze data, derive insights, and make strategic recommendations
- You can identify problems, think critically, and come up with solutions
- You are adept at coordinating and conducting workshops and effectively communicating with diverse teams internationally
- You are comfortable working in a team, contributing your ideas, and collaborating with others to achieve common goals
- You can share ideas and plans confidently in meetings
- You are well-versed with essential MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
- You are resourceful and can work independently on delivering tasks
- Fluency in English is a must for working in our international team. German language skills would be an added advantage
