Aufgaben:
- As part of your internship, you will define and run simulations for in-car image-processing functions on the BMW Cloud (built on AWS).
- You will create simulation input data by utilizing existing tools and enhance them as needed.
- During simulation execution, you will monitor processes, collect logs, analyze accuracy and performance, and compile comprehensive reports.
- Your results will be shared in regular internal and external meetings, contributing to informed decision-making.
- You will perform in-depth analyses of bug reports, identifying causes and recommending solutions.
- Acting as the first point of contact, you will address questions related to simulation setup and results, helping BMW internal teams interpret and apply findings effectively.
Qualifikationen:
- You are pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- You possess strong knowledge of Python, Bash scripting, Bazel, and Linux operating systems.
- Your skills include proficiency in C++ and multi-threaded programming.
- Ideally, you have experience in image processing and a solid understanding of the AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3, Kubernetes, Argo, and HPC concepts).
