The «Securities Operations & Controls» entity is part of the Chief Digital and Operating Office (CDOO) and is responsible for various operational activities in support of the Front Office. Additionally, we are responsible for ensuring the timely settlement of all securities transactions and are heavily involved in the issuance and administration of promissory loans, registered bonds and bearer instruments. As a first level control, we perform independent trade validation checks to mitigate operational and fraud risks. Aufgaben:
  • Development, maintenance and enhancement of tools and/or databases
  • Data analysis and data visualization
  • Regular preparation of management reports
  • Support in projects to design new processes as well as to improve existing ones
Qualifikationen:
  • University studies in business, finance, economics, financial mathematics, or alike
  • First practical experience in the banking area is an asset
  • Keen perception and strong analytical skills
  • Structured and goal-oriented working approach
  • Team player and the ability to work self-reliant
  • Experienced user of MS Office (in particular Excel)
  • Proficient, very good programming skills in Excel VBA and Pyhton
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
