Aufgaben:
- You engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, bridging AI technology, behavioral science, and entrepreneurial needs to drive tangible business outcomes.
- Here, you design, implement, and evaluate new, state-of-the-art Generative AI tools at BMW.
- Additionally, you understand the mechanisms of effective human-AI collaborations, including its regulatory governance principles.
- You investigate new Generative AI tools in the organizational landscape and drive impact.
- Please note that your thesis must be supervised by a university on your part.
Qualifikationen:
- Master studies in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field. Students from other fields with computational or data-driven skills are also welcome.
- Strong software programming background/experience, such as Python.
- Proficiency in English and a basic to fluent level of German, both in spoken and written form.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of topics like machine learning, deep learning, or human-computer interactions.
