Aufgaben:
  • In this internship, you will contribute to material modeling and geometry representation in Human Body Models for crash simulations. You will have the chance to implement innovative AI technologies to enhance passive safety while collaborating with an international team.
  • What awaits you?
  • You gain hands-on experience in material modeling.
  • Here, you explore in-depth geometry representation, including point clouds and FEM meshes.
  • Additionally, you train, test, and analyze AI solutions for mechanical challenges.
  • You implement and integrate AI methods into the crash simulation workflow.
Qualifikationen:
  • Enrollment in a master's program in Computational Engineering, Computational Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on simulation.
  • Preferably, initial practical experience in the field of crash simulation (LS-Dyna).
  • In-depth knowledge in Artificial Neural Networks (PyTorch).
  • Programming skills, e.g., Python, Fortran.
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
  • Structured and analytical thinking.
