Aufgaben:
- The long-term success of Austrian is our top priority. We continuously evaluate which adjustments are needed to remain the #1 airline in Vienna and Austria. With initiative and proactivity, you will support our Strategy team in the following activities:
- You co-develop strategic initiatives (e.g. sustainability, fleet strategy, digitalization) and coordinate with other Austrian business units
- You proactively support the development of strategic concepts, decision papers, and profitability assessments.You support the team's decision-making through thorough analysis and comprehensive presentation of complex topics
- You communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- You autonomously prepare (ad-hoc) analyses and reports for the Board and Senior Management
- You independently execute market and competitor analyses to derive decision-relevant insights
Qualifikationen:

- While prior work is a plus - we are mainly looking for an aviation enthusiast with a motivated and self-driven personality. Ideally you bring the following skills:
- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
- You have a passion for aviation and mobility topics, with a keen interest in industry trends
- You have gained your first practical experience in strategy or consulting projects.You have advanced MS Office skills and foundational experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
- You exhibit strong team orientation and a solution-focused mentality
- You exercise discretion and a sense of responsibility in handling confidential information
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1); German skills are optional
- You demonstrate a high level of initiative and proactivity
- You possess a strategic mindset and strong analytical expertise
- You use the MS Office programs very well
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
