Aufgaben:
- You develop concepts together and support the implementation of programs along the employee lifecycle (Learning & Development, Talent & Performance Management, Health & Wellbeing)
- You contribute fresh ideas and actively shape our employee experience as well as HR services and processes
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of training courses, events and other formats
- You help shape our communication measures and employer branding initiatives
- You research trends, carry out qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection and analysis
- You think in terms of opportunities, not problems - our projects are sometimes sprints, sometimes marathons. You are aware of this and have the necessary stamina
Qualifikationen:
- HR
- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application), ideally in a degree program with a focus on psychology, sociology, education, business administration or a similar degree program
- You have a strong interest in employee experience design, work and organizational psychology, or related fields
- You have good analytical skills
- You are a team player and enjoy pitching in
- You enjoy working independently and find it easy to structure complex tasks well
- You are communicative and speak fluent German or English
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
