Über uns:
Our team is passionate about developing sustainable and innovative programs to ensure that the aircraft overhaul sites in Malta, Hungary, Italy, Bulgaria, Puerto Rico and the Philippines have enough qualified employees. Aufgaben:
- During your internship, you will gain valuable insights into the design and implementation of recruitment and employee retention programs. The department has a wide range of tasks in store for you:
- Assistance in the development of an integration platform
- Support with events (Welcome Day, Talent Days, trade fairs)
- Support with active sourcing
- Assistance with the organization of HR meetings at the international locations (in Puerto Rico, Malta, Milan, Sofia and Budapest)
- Creation of presentations in PowerPoint
- In addition to your support in day-to-day business, you can contribute your content ideas to existing or new concepts
Qualifikationen:
- HR
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Resilience and solution orientation even in stressful situations
- Self-organized, structured and independent way of working
- Confident handling of PowerPoint and a flair for appealing presentations
