The «Analysis & Advisory» team and the «Credit Risk Projects & Analysis» department are the hub for data, analyzes and innovative credit risk projects at UniCredit Bank GmbH. We use big data, advanced analytics and machine learning techniques as well as business intelligence solutions. In this way, we increase efficiencies and uncover previously inaccessible information in a standardized, transparent and addressee-friendly manner . We actively support the digital transformation of the entire UniCredit Group, from identifying use-cases for interactive visualizations, through evaluation, automation and implementation to roll-out for users. We work in close collaboration with other departments of the bank, UniCredit Holding and its other legal entities, to provide data and information that fits the needs.

Aufgaben:
- Daily handling of big data volumes, incl. coding of ETL in-depth analyses and testing.
- Support us in the automation of our Credit Risk processes.
- You will have an overview on the latest regulation as well as modelling topics and you will support us in the efficient and agile application.
- Apply data analytics and visualization of the results.
Qualifikationen:
- Are you passionate in data analysis and data visualization ? Are you interested in regulatory changes and their impact on an international systemic bank? Do you want to gain experience during your studies on banking regulation, credit risk and data analytics and use your results to influence business policies? Do you want to be part of the future of a bank through modernisation and automatisation ? Do you look forward to challenge your skills in coding for information extraction with hands-on tasks?
- Then support us in Munich with max. 20 hours per week as working student in our team «Credit Risk Analysis & Advisory» in UniCredit Bank GmbH.
- Academic background in a quantitative field such as computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics or a related discipline .
- Proven practical experience with relational databases
- Practical experience of at least one programming language is an advantage (preferred: SAS, SQL).
- Basic experience with data visualization - ideally Business Intelligence software (i.e. PowerBI/DAX, SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau, ...) is a plus
- Interest in working within heterogeneous data and system landscape.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve and structure complex tasks.
- Relation to the financial sector/banking through specialization during studies, internship or training would be beneficial.
- Fluent in English.
- In your application, please let us know your preferred start date, contract length (e.g. 12 months), if you would be available more than 20h/week in semester brakes (incl. preferred number of hours and corresponding timespan), confirmation for availability for on-site work in Munich at least one day per week and the planned end date of university studies (e.g. master).
