Aufgaben:
- Problem Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, formulate problem statements and KPIs, and identify the most appropriate approach to solve them.
- Tool Development: Create, extent and maintain suitable tooling to automate business processes.
- Scaling Initiatives: Contriburte to the scaling of our process automation, ensuring that our solutions are used by multiple teams and built to handle larger datasets and evolving business needs.
Qualifikationen:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and apply quantitative methods to complex challenges.
- Proficiency in Python, as well as experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries. Knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft Power Automate is a bonus.
- Familiarity with statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
