Internship Customer Experience Design

We develop holistic experiences along the entire travel chain to support our Group airlines in offering customer-oriented solutions.
Aufgaben:
- Do you love traveling and would like to work with us to improve the customer experience along the entire travel chain? Your main tasks during the internship will include
- Collaboration Cocreation Hub Core Team: Participation in editorial meeting, coordination with internal departments, setting up and implementing various formats (online discussions, surveys, polls, creative workshops, etc.), writing and sending the newsletter, communication with end customers, coordination and publication of project results
- Collaboration on the conception of the Customer Experience Walk in the Metaverse
- General benchmarks on customer-relevant product and service topics
Qualifikationen:
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Interest in and enjoyment of strategic work
- Interest in and enjoyment of product development
- Fun with communication (German&English)
- Digital affinity
- Desire to try out new things
